Ac2000 autoshaker
The Ac2000 autoshaker controller is a cost-effective solution to the shaker filter market.
The unit incorporates the As2000 autoshaker timer, which has been designed to accept a wide supply voltage range and give complete control over the shaker filter.
As standard the unit is supplied with a dol. starter set (including overload) and shaker contactor. Control gear used within the Ac2000 are rated to ensure a long service life.
A customized sticker is available with the customers name, logo and contact details, the cost of this service is free on orders, 10 off or above

DPM2000 Differential Pressure Controller
The DPM2000 Differential Pressure Controller was designed to fulfill the needs of the dust control and airflow market, utilising state of the art digital and analogue electronics and incorporating a user friendly programming interface, enables rapid setup and configuration.
The onboard EEPROM memory retains user settings during power failure or disconnection of the DPM2000 unit.
The DPM2000 has onboard high power relay outputs allowing easy integration into any filter or BMS system. Control and alarm set points can be easily configured using the GPElectronics user interface: this consists of 3 tactile pushbuttons MENU, UP and DOWN.
The DPM can be supplied in a DIN case for panel mount applications, or in an IP67 wall mounted enclosure. Differential pressure connections are via compression bulkhead connectors.

MPD10 controller
The MPD10 controller ensures efficient cleaning of the filter elements. This is achieved by the MPD10 running continually, or on a clean on demand cycle.
To achieve maximum cleaning efficiency the MPD10 can be set up to clean the filter elements as and when required by the filter, this is known as clean on demand.
The high pressure set point (the pressure setting at which the filter is deemed to be dirty and requires cleaning) is set up by the means of a push button and a potentiometer.
The low pressure set point (the pressure setting at which the filter is deemed to be clean/optimal) is set up by the means of dip switches, combining both of these settings give us our cleaning window. This mode of operation gives greater control of the filter cleaning system, reduces compressed air consumption as well as general wear and tear on the filter system.
The MPD10 provides indication of each valve output and status indicators, for , “Air saver” and “After cleaning ”. Values of interval and duration can be set accurately by the means of 2 rotary potentiometers.
A time scale dial that is calibrated in seconds, surrounds these potentiometers. The MPD10 has adjustable after cleaning cycles, multiple air saver modes and selectable output channels (up to 20 ways).
MP18 valve pulse controller
The MP18 valve pulse controller was designed as a versatile and cost effective solution for medium to large reverse jet dust extraction systems. The unit is microprocessor controlled for accuracy and reliability and allows easy integration into all filter control systems.
As standard, the MP18 features air saver facility and after cleaning control, both these features are adjustable and status indicators are provided.
Interval and duration adjustments are set by the means of 2 rotary potentiometers; values of duration and interval can be set accurately by referring to the printed time scale dial surrounding each potentiometer.

The MP8 valve pulse controller was designed as a versatile and cost effective solution for small to medium reverse jet dust extraction systems. The unit is microprocessor controlled for accuracy and reliability and allows easy integration into all filter control systems.
As standard, the MP8 features air saver facility and after cleaning control, both these features are adjustable and status indicators are provided. GP420PT Remote Pressure Sensor
The GP420PT two wire 4-20 mA transmitter was designed and developed for the dust industry to implement a cost effective solution to remote pressure sensing, the GP420PT allows both signal and power to be supplied on a single wire pair.
Because the information is transmitted as current, the signal from the remote pressure sensor is relatively immune to voltage drops from long runs and electrical noise from motors, relays, switches and industrial equipment.
The unit utilizes the latest in microcircuit analogue electronics, and uses built in dual matched current sources (for accuracy). Differential pressure connections are via compression bulkhead connectors.

DOL. Motor Starter
The GPE dol. starter is housed in a ABS IP67 enclosure and comes complete with overload, pushbuttons and contactor. Control gear used within the dol. starter is rated to ensure a long service life.
Star/Delta Motor Starter
The GPE star/delta motor starter is available in sizes of up to 22kw. The unit is housed in an IP67 enclosure, comes complete with all control gear, comprehensive installation instructions and drawings (standard and customized models available).
EM. Stop Station
The GPE EM. stop station satisfies the need for local emergency stop isolation , can be easily integrated into any safety systems. Highly visible IP65 enclosure and a mushroom head "twist to release" button.
Start/Stop Station
